Most of us do not know what learning strategies are most effective for us and probably the main reason is that we have grown up with the impression that learning should not be learned and there is only one memory path that cannot be defined in concrete terms.

Distributed practice - This can be further defined according to the time allocated to learning.
Interspersed practice - It is in close connection with the previous merthod, therefore it involves spreading the study sessions over a certain period of time, but, in addition, it uses different materials and the study of topics related to the main topic in focus.
The elaborate query - As the name suggests, this method is about generating explanations for yourself, about why certain facts are in the way they are.
