If you want to succeed, be willing to make mistakes
The ability to recognize patterns applies in any field, from the legal one to medicine, negociations, sells and business. The experts says that you need between 5 to 7 years and aproximately 10.000 hours of work to be a master in your field of activity, whatever that is. The only way to become an expert is to be willing to make mistakes, to use the method of trying and to learn from every experience.
The most feard enemy of the maestry and of big recompenses is the comfort zone. A lot of people are feeling very comfortable with a lower level of performance that the though of trying something new scares them. A lot of people do not take the necessary risks to get out of the comfort zone, because they are afraid that they can loose or can make mistakes.
If you do not try to get out from the comfort zone and to make the necessary mistakes that gives you the necesssary experience to succeed, you won't progress and you'll never earn a lot of money. In other words, you learn how to succeed just making mistakes. You get the success just by taking risks when you do not have any success guarantee. If you are not making mistakes in a regular way, you'll never have a great success.
