Face your fears

People tend to talk to themselves in a negative way. According to statistics, 95% from the inner dialog is about fears, worries, problems, the people you are upset about, and a lot of subjects like this. If you explain and interpret the world in a negative way, you become a very negative person. The psychologists and doctors from our days says that negative thinking is the cause of depression and psychotic disorders. Negative thinking is always useless.

You can not afford the luxury of thinking negatively. When you become aware of how distructive this kind of thinking is for your health and your relationships, you need to take the decision to think just to the beautiful things you like for the rest of your life. Do not allow yourself to do or say something that can affect in a negative way your subconscious. Remember, everything counts!
